As part of online checkin I was asked if I wanted my car washed. I said yes, but it wasn't washed upon collection. If this isn't going to be done - Don't offer it! Also filled in that my communication preference was by SMS, yet they was still called

The issue is 2024 120 m sport F70 sunroof creaking when closed. I hope the issue has been solved- as it has 'creaked' from new. The sunroof mechanism has been greased. I was surprised this issues occurred as the F70 is 'solid' without much body flex.

I appreciate it complementary, but obviously it's part of the service I'm paying for - when my car was cleaned, it wasn't done very well at all. The car was fairly clean beforehand but it had obvious bits to wipe down that were missed.
